This is an IoT based project. Using Radio frequency identification we try to localize assets in an aircraft.
Our RFID system basically comprises of an RFID reader , RFID passive tags , Raspberry pi (Processing unit).
Each asset to be localized is tagged. A fully automated RFID system is initiated where the RFID reader (mounted on a platform or carried by an operator) collects the reads from the tags and a localisation algorithm will process the data and tag localisation result will be displayed on the android phone.
