BNEW (Bangalore Neuromorphic Engineering Workshop) is an annual event hosted at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. The Neuromorphic Sensing and Computing Architecture for Next-Gen AI Hardware workshop, held on January 19–20, 2024 at IISc Bangalore, brought together leading experts in neuromorphic engineering and brain-inspired AI. The event featured keynote talks and tutorials by international researchers on topics such as on-sensor vision, spiking neural networks, and continual learning. A hands-on session with the SCAMP processor gave participants practical exposure to pixel-parallel computation.
