Arjun B S received the Best Poster Award at the IEEE-EMBS International Conference on Biomedical and Health Informatics (BHI’23) held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, from October 15-18, 2023. The presentation showcased research on Brain Biopsy Imaging using Electrical Impedance Tomography (BBI-EIT), a pioneering method for brain biopsy imaging and characterization. BBI-EIT enables near real-time and non-destructive imaging of tissue samples, facilitating the mapping of tissue heterogeneity based on their unique electrical properties.
