Research Overview

Our goal is to create innovative, precision, and high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems-on-chip (SoCs) that can enable new capabilities and systems for a wide range of applications. Sensor systems, spectroscopy, metrology, and biomedical systems are of particular interest to us.

Transformative technologies like integrated photonics, nanoelectronics, and quantum technology are making revolutionary advances across multiple areas of applications. These technologies, when complemented with the conventional CMOS integrated circuits implementing closed-loop control, complex signal processing, and interface, can result in practical systems of immediate impact. Our lab aims to develop highly differentiated hybrid systems that take advantage of various technological platforms, including nanoelectronics, integrated photonics, and CMOS integrated circuits.

In addition to independent development, we heavily collaborate for the fabrication of sensors and devices in many technology platforms.
