Rohit Banerjee grew up in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and obtained a B.E (Hons.) degree in Electrical and Electronics from BITS Pilani K.K Birla Goa Campus in August 2017. He joined Prof. Mayank Shrivastava’s Devices Lab at DESE, IISc as a Research Assistant in May 2017 right after finishing his final semester exams. He is currently the characterization lead for developing Graphene Transistors for high-frequency applications. He works on repeatable accurate on-wafer DC/RF measurements. Rohit is also working on the device modeling for graphene transistors. During his Bachelor’s degree, he has worked with Texas Instruments on high speed Fully Differential Amplifiers. He is fascinated by speed and likes to work with high-speed electronics. As a person, he likes to dance and is passionate about football and plays for the IISc football team.
