Anant kumar Singh
Born in a small village on the land of Lord Buddha and great Aryabhata, which we today known as Bihar. I have pursued Integrated M.tech in Nanotechnology in 2017, from Central University of Jharkhand, situated in birth place of great freedom fighter Lord Birsha Munda, known as Jharkhand. During master’s degree, went to CSIR-CEERI, Pilani, Rajasthan, India, and worked there with full determination and hard-working attitude for one year. During this tenure, I successfully fabricated Back gated CNT-FET and used it as gas sensor. After completing master degree, joined India’s one of the prestigious Institution IIEST Shibpur, formally known as Bengal Engineering college, as Junior Research Fellow and worked there for 6 months. During this period under a MHRD sponsored Biosensor project, my responsibility was to do electrochemical characterization of carbon electrode deposited on various different substrates. But my keen interest in fabrication and characterisation of semiconductor devices landed me at Prof. Mayank Shrivastava’s Lab at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and joined as project assistant. I am working on Fabrication of AlGaN/GaN HEMT for high power application. During my Spare time I love to fall in the world of music and read Sci-Fic Novels.
