Dr. Ajay Singh

Dr. Ajay, was born and grew up in Bilaspur of Uttar Pradesh which is one of the biggest states of India as on 13thMarch, 1989. He obtained Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics, from University of Delhi, New Delhi, India in 2017. Thesis entitled “Modeling and Simulation Based Investigation of Field-Effect Transistors for Sensing Application”. He has published 34 research papers, 13 in peer reviewed journals and 21 in national and international Conferences. He has done Master of Science in Electronics and Bachelor of Science in Electronics Honours, University of Delhi, in 2012 and 2010 respectively.

Dr. Ajay joined Mayank Shrivastava Device Laboratory (MSDLab) as a Research Associate (RA) in one of the projects in October 2017. He is working on Radio Frequency (RF) and Microwave based applications for high power semiconductor devices such as LDMOS (silicon based) and AlGaN/GaN HEMT (Compound Semiconductor based). His research towards design RF Power Amplifiers (RF PAs) circuits which play an important role in high-power applications such as mobile base station power amplifiers (PAs).

He has experience of the following softwares ATLAS and ATHENA of Silvaco and Sentaurus (Sprocess, SDE, Sdevice, Svisual, Inspect) of Synopsys device simulation tool, Advance Design System (ADS), IC-CAP and Cadence
