Qualifications:

• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ITI Trained
• Minimum 2 yrs Industrial Experience
• Retired people can also apply.

Salary:

• Rs. 15000/- per month, and above, commensurate with Qualification, Experience and Interview Performance.

Skills Required:

1. Operation of the following:
   1. CNC Lathe & Milling
   2. Conventional Lathe
   3. Milling
   4. Drilling
   5. Shearing
   6. Pressing
   7. Grinding Machine
   8. Power Band Saw
2. Programming of the following:
   1. CNC Lathe & Milling
3. Good Knowledge and Understanding of the following:
   1. Machining Processes
   2. Tooling
   3. Fixtures
   4. CAD Drawings
   5. Process Safety
4. Outsourcing Contacts for Processes which are not possible in-house
5. Good inter-personal skills are required.

Job Description:

1. In-house time-bound manufacturing of designs developed at Mechatronics lab, DESE.
2. Outsource fabrications if required
3. Regular maintenance of CNC machines, Compressor etc.
4. Purchase of tooling, materials as and when required.
5. Suggestions for improvement in design with respect to manufacturability.
